Fall in love this autumn

The Oasis legend, Liam Gallagher aka William John Paul will perform for the first time in Romania at the Fall in Love Festival. Being an idol of many generations, Liam became an international music icon as the front figure of the British rock band Oasis, one of the most loved bands of the 90s, during the glorious age dominated by Brit-pop. During its career, from 1991 to 2000, the band released several iconic hits, like: Wonderwall”, “Supersonic” or “Don’t look back in anger”, music pieces which headed for tens of days the music charts from various countries and received an impressive number of nominations and awards coming from BRIT, MTV, Grammy or New Musical Express. After the bands breakup, Liam established Beady Eye, a band active until 2014 and announced the release of his solo debut single „Wall of Glass” (2017) and his second solo single „Chinatown” (2017), both greeted with positive reactions and followed by performances at some of the most important international festivals, like: Rock am Ring, Pinkpop Festival, Exit festival or Lollapalooza Festival (USA).
His debut solo album, entitled „As You Were”, hit the market during the same year and proved to be a critical and commercial success, topping the UK Album Chart and being certified Platinum. The material was described as an album where the profound and meaningful lyrics meet the unique voice of Liam thus creating an astonishing effect and proving that the former Oasis half remains as inspired and talented as always. Besides the „bad boy” trademark and energy, Liam will perform at Fall in Love not only new songs like „Wall of Glass”, „For what it’s Worth” or „Paper Crown” but also other surprises picked from the Oasis repertoire.

Disclosure, one of the revelations of the international electronic scene, are a well-known English electronic music duo, founded in 2010 by Lawrence brothers (Guy and Howard). The brothers started de-constructing and copying the music that Guy had heard at gigs in a room above their father's auction house and then making music in the same room in a style they refer to as „electronic house music with a pop structure”, uploading it to Myspace. This got them an early record deal and a UK tour, mixing live music gigs with occasional DJ sets. Disclosure picked up their first significant national radio support upon the release of the „Tenderly”/ „Flow” single in 2012 and maintained momentum in 2013, as they were voted into the BBC Radio 1xtra „Hot Ten For 2013” and scored two consecutive top 10 hit singles in „White Noise” (no. two) and „You & Me” (no. 10).
Their debut album, „Settle”, which hit the markets in 2013 was met with commercial and critical success, debuting at number one on the UK Albums Chart, charting in many countries across Europe and Australia, and receiving four stars from The Guardian and a 9.1 score on Pitchfork. Also, it was nominated as the best Dance/ Electronic album at Grammy Awards in 2014, thus becoming one of the most successful debuts of the music English scene. This success was closely followed by another one: their second material, „Caracal”, release in 2015 was nominated as well as the best Dance/ Electronic album at the 2016 Grammy Awards. These achievements ensured a fast pace ascent for Disclosure, thus becoming one of the most asked for bands from the music industry.
