1. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.1. This regulation sets the terms and conditions for participation in the Fall In Love  FESTIVAL 2024..

1.2. By participating in the festival, participants, volunteers, collaborators and any third parties who directly and indirectly interact with the festival accept and agree to the terms and conditions of this Regulation.

1.3. The content of this regulation is the property of the organizers Fall In Love FESTIVAL 2024.

1.4. The festival Fall In Love 2024 is managed and organized by Bazar Production SRL, based in Bucharest, Street Ion Neculce no.16, floor 3, sector 1, registered with the Trade Register under no.J40 / 2263/2004, CUI RO16145571.

2. TIME AND PLACE OF THE ONGOING FESTIVAL

2.1. The festival Fall FESTIVAL 2024 runs from August 30th to September 1st 2024 following the following program:

3. ACCESS TO THE FESTIVAL

3.1. By participating in the events organized by Fall In Love FESTIVAL 2024 or by accessing the communication channels the Fall in Love FESTIVAL 2024, especially the website www.fallinlovefestival.ro, participants and users confirm that they have read, understood and accepted this Regulation. The regulation is available on the website of the festival www.fallinlovefestival.ro, on the website www.bilete.ro, our partner for selling tickets and at the information points within the festival / at the entrance to the venue of the festival, as well as at the express request of any participant.

3.2. In order to ensure the orderly and safe conduct of the festival events, the Organizers reserve the right to restrict the objectives and devices that may be brought within the scope of the festival. Access to the festival perimeter is prohibited with the following objects:

  • pyrotechnic articles (fireworks)
  • Knives, weapons, sticks, bottles and other blunt objects
  • metal lighters
  • drugs
  • flammable or explosive materials, sprays
  • umbrellas, folding umbrellas, selfie sticks
  • any kind of objects that may injure other participants
  • professional cameras or videos, including any kind of DSLR camera, binoculars, etc.
  • alcohol, food, bottles or cans
  • Pets
  • sprays graffiti, stickers
  • garden furniture
  • professional sound systems
  • drone
  • banners supported by sticks
  • lasers
  • bicycles, rollers, skaters
  • Horns 
  • Coins
  • medicines (they are allowed only if they are accompanied by a prescription, medical letter or any other document replacing it, with a maximum of one daily dose), insulin, inhaler spray for asthma.
  • backpack/bag with dimensions larger than 29 cm x 21 cm x 12 cm.

The Organizers reserve the right to modify this Regulation at any time, without prior notification of the Participant. Any changes will be posted on the event website www.fallinlovefestival.ro and at the entrance of the Festival venue will be immediately applicable after the time of posting.

3.3. The organizers reserve the right to verify the Participants, by means of a survey or as a result of suspicions identified by the organizing team and / or the security and protection team and to confiscate any prohibited objects identified. In the event of incidents occurring as a result of having some of the aforementioned objects, their owners assume sole responsibility for them.

4. ACCESS TO THE TICKET SECTION

4.1. Access to the festival site is subject to having an access ticket or a festival ticket for 2 days, valid and purchased online through www.bilete.ro or through the network www.bilete.ro (through the cashiers bilete.ro and the networks of partner stores Inmedio & Relay, Germanos, Romanian Post), of an invitation or accreditation:

  • Mogoșoaia Palace, Ilfov, Str. Aleea Parcului No. 1,  August 1st to September 1st, hours 14.00 – 06.00

4.2. Access to the spaces mentioned above is made starting with the time communicated by the organizers on the official website of the festival www.fallinlovefestival.ro or through the press releases and social media. The beginning of the concerts corresponds to the beginning of the validity period of the tickets / subscriptions for access to the festival, and the end of the duration of the festival corresponds to the end of the validity of the access tickets to the festival. The entrance is made only at the specially arranged areas. All participants in the Festival will have an identity card on them.

4.3. The organizers only guarantee the validity of the tickets sold by www.bilete.ro or by their partners. A complete list of them can be found on www.bilete.ro.

4.4. Participation in the festival will be made using one of the following types of tickets:

  • Festival access ticket: allows access to a day within the festival.
  • Festival subscription: allows access to the entire ticket section of the festival.
  • Subscription invitation: allows access in various access areas.
  • Press accreditation: allows access to a single nominal event within the festival.
  • Subscription press accreditation: allows access to the entire ticket section of the festival.

4.5. The tickets purchased cannot be replaced and their value cannot be refunded. The organizers reserve the right to change the price of tickets without prior notice.

4.6. For the purpose of this Regulation, the access ticket / subscription is a document issued on paper or in electronic format that certifies the right of access to one or more concerts with ticket entry of the festival Fall In Love FESTIVAL 2024. Tickets are unnamed and have a unique identification number. A ticket / subscription is valid for one person only.

4.7. The organizers are not responsible for the loss, theft or damage of the purchased tickets, these being the responsibility of the participants / buyers.

4.8. Resale of tickets / subscriptions / guests / accreditations is forbidden. It is strictly forbidden to sell or buy tickets or invitations to overprice. The organizers reserve the right to prohibit the access to the festival area of ​​the persons who will be found to carry out such activities and to confiscate the invitations, respectively the tickets in their possession. It is strictly forbidden to post pictures with tickets or unique series of tickets on social networks (eg Facebook, Instagram, etc.). It is strictly forbidden to post tickets for sale on social networks or sites.

4.9. The participants have the obligation to keep the bracelets for the entire duration of the ticket section of the festival. The organizers will verify the existence of the bracelet at each entry in the event and at each event with ticket access. Participants are exclusively responsible for damage, loss or theft of the bracelet. 

MINOR ACCESS 

4.11. Minors can only attend the festival concerts if they are accompanied by an adult with a valid ticket or have physically signed the parents’ declaration on them, this rule is valid for the age between: 12-18 years.

4.12. The access of minors between 12 – 16 years will be made only on the basis of a valid Ticket (without discount) and only in the company of a parent / guardian who will hold a ticket. The access of minors between the ages of 16 to 18 years will be made only on the basis of a valid Ticket (without reduction), of the identity document and the declaration on their own responsibility signed by the parents.

Minors accompanied up to 12 years old will receive free tickets. A parent / guardian may accompany up to 3 minors under the age of 12.

4.13. The access of minors between the ages of 12 and 16 years in the festival premises is allowed only if they are accompanied by a parent or person exercising parental authority (guardian), who will sign a Declaration on their own assuming the responsibility and the supervision obligation of the minor, which can be downloaded here.

4.14. Minors between the ages of 16 and 18 will be able to participate in the festival only on the basis of a Declaration on their own responsibility by their parents / guardians, which allows them to participate, which can be downloaded here.

4.15. The organizers have no responsibility regarding the verification of the signatures of the parents / guardians, respectively the way of signing the declarations, these aspects being left to the persons who give and / or who present the declarations.

4.16. Minors will receive a special bracelet that will not allow them access in certain areas and will not be able to buy alcohol or tobacco.

4.17. The organizers will not be responsible for any incident or accident involving the minors, and the entire responsibility lies with the minors and / or the parents / guardians.

4.18. Printed tickets displayed through intermediates Viagogo, OLX, Tixplace or other intermediaries will be canceled at the entrance and no refund will be made.

4.19. Invitations to the event will not be available for sale.

FREE ACCESS

4.20. People with disabilities can request early tickets / free festival tickets by sending an email to: office@bilete.ro. The free tickets will be granted within the limits of the available places made available by the organizers and with the obligation to present a copy of the disability certificate at the entrance points to the festival.

4.21. Participation in the Festival is made on its own responsibility, including regarding the following: persons with mental or physical illnesses for which the crowded areas, loud noises, special sound effects, visual and audio, represent risk, assumes full responsibility for the damages that they would have could suffer through participating in the Festival. The show may also include powerful light effects, which could harm children or epileptic persons. 

5. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTICIPANTS

5.1. Participants, volunteers, partners and third parties have the right to participate in all the festival activities for which they have purchased a valid access ticket or have free access according to the terms defined above.

5.2. The participants, volunteers, partners and third parties have the obligation to comply with this regulation throughout the entire period of the festival and in all its locations.

5.3. Participants, volunteers, partners and third parties are not allowed to use the festival space for illegal activities or which endanger in any way the safety of other festival participants.

5.4. Participants, volunteers, partners and third parties are not allowed to distribute, modify or copy, to exhibit, to reuse, to reproduce, to publish, to create works derived from, to transfer, to sell or use the content of the festival or this Regulation without the written consent of the Organizers.

5.5. The participants, volunteers, partners and third parties have no right to use the space of the festival or any information derived from it for advertising or commercial purposes without the prior consent of the Organizers.

5.6. Participants, volunteers, partners and third parties are obliged to immediately communicate to the representatives of the Organizers or the security team any situation for which they have good reasons to report it as a danger to the safety of the other participants during and during the running of the festival.

5.7. Participants, volunteers, partners and third parties have the obligation to cooperate with the Organizers and representatives of the health and safety services, with the competent authorities, with the volunteers to ensure the smooth running of the festival, to avoid situations that could endanger the participants’ safety or to to remedy such situations as soon as possible.

5.8. Participants, volunteers, partners and third parties are required to comply with the laws in force regarding smoking in confined spaces, smoking in any enclosed spaces of the festival is strictly prohibited.

6. THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE ORGANIZERS

6.1. The organizers have the right to modify, supplement, withdraw, temporarily or permanently this Regulation with or without prior notification of the users, potential users or any third party. All changes come into effect with their publication on the website www.fallinlovefestival.ro

6.2. The organizers may investigate any action that may violate this Regulation and issue warnings, suspend, restrict or share access to the festival of any participant, volunteer, partner or any other third party present during the festival’s performance. .

6.3. The organizers do not assume responsibility for the objects that the participants, volunteers, partners and third parties introduce in the perimeter of the festival during its run.

6.4. The organizers announce that any participant in the festival must submit to bodily control both at the entrance and inside in special cases or at the request of law enforcement.

6.5. The organizers reserve the right to verify the Participants, by means of a survey or as a result of suspicions identified by the Organizing team and / or the security and protection team and to confiscate any prohibited objects identified. In the event of incidents occurring as a result of having some of the aforementioned objects, their owners assume sole responsibility for them.

6.6. The organizers do not assume responsibility for the goods of the participants, for their loss, damage or theft.

6.7.The organizers are not responsible for the loss, theft or deterioration of the purchased tickets, being the responsibility of the participants / buyers.

6.8. The organizers do not assume responsibility for the content offered by the festival partners during the period and the perimeter of the festival.

 

7. RULES OF CONDUCT

7.1. Participants in the festival are encouraged to demonstrate appropriate behavior for public events.

7.2. Participants in the festival have the obligation to refrain from any actions, statements or behaviors that could endanger the life, health or physical integrity of them or the other persons participating in the festival.

7.3. Any form of marketing or running of advertising campaigns within the festival scope is prohibited without the prior written permission of the Organizers.

7.4. Any kind of demonstration or event of any kind that is not related to the festival and the Organizers and which has not been previously approved in writing by the Organizers is forbidden.

7.5. The sale of alcoholic products is carried out under the conditions of the law, and no such drinks can be offered to minors under 18 and / or to persons in a state of intoxication by the Organizing Partners of the festival.

7.6. The use of substances qualified under the law applicable as drugs is prohibited on the perimeter of the festival and is punished according to the law.

7.7. The participants expressly understand and accept that by virtue of their participation in the festival, that they will fully cooperate with the Organizers, their Business Partners, volunteers, the technical team, the representatives of the security and first aid services, as well as any other public or private authorities involved. in organizing the festival and will follow their instructions within the festival, in case of emergency situations or when other circumstances require it.

7.8. Participants are obliged to pay for all the products and services they consume and purchase during the festival’s period within its scope. The participants will make the payment of the products and services for which payment is received using the payment methods offered by the Organizers or their Business Partners.

7.9. All participants must comply with the social rules, laws and those listed in this Regulation. Participants are not allowed to carry out any activity that could endanger or affect in any way the safety or rights of other participants. The Organizer does not assume responsibility for any damages (material or physical) caused by the non-observance of the Regulation and will be able to claim compensation for the guilty persons for its violation. The participants are obliged not to destroy the goods located in the premises and in the surroundings of the festival.

7.10. During the Festival, the Organizers, the Organizing partners or the accredited press have the right to record and photograph the event. The participants are aware that there is the possibility of appearing in such materials, without being able to make claims about the rights regarding the respective materials. The organizer has the right to use these materials, to publish them on various channels (eg Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, etc.) and to use them in advertising campaigns without in any way compensating the Participant. Participants have the right to film and photograph the areas in which they have access, but they will use these materials exclusively for their own viewing. Any distribution to the public, free of charge or onerous of the filmed material is prohibited. There are exceptions where artist management prohibits filming and photography. In these situations, the Organizer will announce to the public that filming and photography during those concerts is strictly forbidden.

7.11. Drone lifting over the Festival is strictly forbidden.

7.12. The participants acknowledge that any commercial or advertising activity is prohibited within the Festival premises without the written consent of the Organizer.

7.13. Swimming in the lake on the premises of the Festival is forbidden and extremely dangerous.

7.14. It is forbidden to light the fire (arrangement of fires, open fire, fireworks, etc.) and of flammable materials throughout the Festival’s perimeter or in its proximity and in the camping area.

7.15. Access to the palace and all buildings except those specially designed for the development of Festival is forbidden.

7.16. The participants are obliged to respect and not to destroy the surrounding spaces and the domain of the Brancovenesc Palace Mogoșoaia within the Festival, including the constructions of any kind, the gates, annexes, gardens and related green spaces..

LOST OBJECTS

7.30 Lost items must be brought to the Lost & Found area (which will be marked in a special area). The owners can recover them following a procedure of the Organizer which consists in identifying the person and the lost object. After the event, the Organizers will keep the unrecovered objects for a period of 10 days from the time of delivery to the Lost & Found area and will try to return them to the owners.

8. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

8.1. The organizers of the festival can process the following personal data of the participants, volunteers, partners and third parties who interact with the festival according to the Privacy Policy which is displayed on the website www.fallinlovefestival.ro , which can be accessed here.

8.2. If the personal data that have been processed under this Regulation and the legislation in force are subject to change or if the holders of this data find that the data we hold about them is incorrect, they may request their modification. by sending a dated and signed letter to the email address: info@fallinlovefestival.ro or by postal services to the address: Bazar Production SRL, based in Bucharest, Str. Ion Neculce No. 16, 3rd floor, sector 1.

8.3. If the person contacting the Organizers is not satisfied with the response received from them, this can be addressed to the National Supervisory Authority for the Processing of Personal Data – with the headquarters in Gheorghe Magheru Boulevard, no. 28 – 39, Bucharest.

9. INTELLECTUAL RIGHTS

9.1. The content, activities, artistic and organizational concepts, internal working procedures and the like (information, data, images, texts, symbols, graphics, web design elements, programs and the like) are the property of the Organizers and are protected by the laws in force regarding copyright protection.

9.1. The use of any of the aforementioned elements, as well as any other similar elements that can be assimilated to copyright, without obtaining prior written agreement from the organizers is punishable under the law.

9.3. Total or partial reproduction, modification, transfer, distribution, republishing, partial or total copying of the content of the event is not permitted without the prior written consent of the Organizers.

9.4. Personal data are exempt from the above being treated separately in the contents of this document.

10. RECORDING THE VIDEO PHOTO OF THE FESTIVAL

10.1. The organizers reserve the exclusive right on the photo-video images of the entire festival.

10.2. The participants understand and accept that the Organizers, the Business Partners, the authorized suppliers of the Organizer, the members of the press and other Third Parties authorized by the Organizers can make audio, video and photo recordings of the festival.

10.3. The organizer can use photo and video images, made by its own employees, its service providers, Business Partners and other authorized third parties in various materials made during the festival.

10.4. The participants, by virtue of their participation in the festival, grant to the Organizer as well as to all those authorized by it the express permission for the recording and publication of the image, appearance and actions of the festival on the perimeter of its development.

10.5. The organizers and third parties authorized by it have the unrestricted right to use, copy, publish, make public, disseminate and distribute especially for the purpose of promoting the festival, but not only, the recordings, images and photographs taken with the participants in the festival, without the need for them. pay the latter any remuneration for their use.

10.6. The organizers reserve the right to register the festival, concerts, programs and activities directly or through authorized third parties, to copy, distribute, broadcast or make public in any way and by means of data transmission or by electronic means. , including for the promotion of the festival.

10.7. The participants have no right, within the limits of the legal provisions, to raise financial or any other claims against the Organizers regarding the photo – video recordings and their publication according to the ones stipulated in this Regulation.

10.8. Participants have the right to make audio / photo / video recordings of the festival for personal use. The participants do not have the right to market the images / photo – video recordings of the festival without the prior agreement of the Organizers.

11. SUGGESTIONS AND COMPLAINTS

11.1.1. Participants, volunteers, partners and third parties can send suggestions or complaints to the Organizers at any time by email to: http://www.fallinlovefestival.ro

12. DISPUTES

12.1. This Regulation, as well as any disputes regarding or arising out of its clauses or participation in the event, will be resolved by Participants, Volunteers, Partners, Third Parties and Organizers amicably.

12.2. In case this is not possible, the settlement of conflicts is within the competence of the Romanian courts in the locality where the Organizers have their registered office.

12.3. By participating in the Fall In Love FESTIVAL 2024 or by accessing the communication channels of the Fall In Love FESTIVAL, in particular the website www.fallinlovefestival.ro users confirm that they have read, understood and accepted this Regulation.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

12.1. Users understand and agree that they participate at Fall In Love FESTIVAL 2024 at their own risk. The organizers, collaborators, partners and business partners of the organizers cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from the access within the festival perimeter or the use of the services made available within its perimeter as, but not limited to: material damage, data loss or of programs, financial damage, etc.

12.2. The users understand and agree that the content of the festival is presented without any guarantee of any kind.

12.3. Information on events, activities, concerts, artistic events organized, hosted or promoted by the organizer is provided for informational purposes only and should not be regarded as a contractual offer of the services offered by the organizers.

12.4. The organizers endeavor to ensure that the information presented on the website, on social media channels, in the press and through other public information channels is correct and up-to-date. If any errors are reported, the Organizers will try to correct them as soon as possible.

12.5. The Organizer guarantees access and use of the services from the location of any Participant who has a valid ticket. The dates of the concert can be modified unilaterally by the Organizer in case of force majeure or fortuitous case. The date of the concert will not be changed in case of minor weather conditions (rain, cloudy days, etc.).

12.6. The organizer reserves the right to change the hours of the music program. The participant has no right to claim compensation in the case of these changes.

12.7. The participant has no legal basis to proceed against the Organizer in case of modification of the musical program.

12.8. The organizer excludes assuming responsibility for any damage that has occurred within the Festival which was not the cause of a defective organization or negligence.

12.9. After the Participant has received the bracelet, the Organizer is no longer responsible for its integrity. The participant does not have the right to claim damages due to the loss or destruction of the bracelet.

12.10. The organizer is not responsible for actions that take place outside the scope of the Festival.

13. SECURITY 

13.1. In the Festival premises the Organizer ensures the security through a qualified and accredited partner to do so. During the event, the participants are obliged to respect the security agents, to collaborate with them and to follow their instructions in case of emergency.

13.2. In the event of incidents of violence or of endangering the bodily integrity of other persons, the personnel ensuring the security will be able to decide the evacuation of the persons involved from the premises in which the Festival takes place.

13.3. On the perimeter of the Festival there will be first aid areas, in case of need.

14. SERVICES AND PRODUCTS

15.1. During the Festival, the products and services are available in specially arranged places (bar, food court, etc.). The participants undertake to use as payment methods for their purchase only the payment methods and instruments accepted by the organizers and their partners.

15. SANCTIONS

15.1. The Organizer has the right, with immediate effect, to prohibit the access of a Participant within the whole or part of the festival, or to invite the Participant to leave its premises, in case of violation of the present regulation or of a law in force in Romania.

15.2. In this case the Participant is not entitled to claim compensation from the Organizer.

15.3. The organizer will redirect the cases of fake tickets to the criminal bodies, to start the investigation.

16. CASES OF MAJOR FORCE

16.1. In case of war, riot, terrorist attack, demonstrations, economic embargo, accident, fire, natural disaster, earthquake, flood, major short circuit, epidemics, official resolutions or other cases that cannot be foreseen or can be controlled by the Organizers or the Participant, neither party is obliged to comply with the obligations of this Regulation.
